 CHECK-IN PROCESS

Check in

Go to the Check-in Station located outside the auditorium with any of your children who are going to be attending a kid’s program during the morning.

Once you have checked in, your child will be given a tag and you will be given a pick up card, you will need this to collect your children at the end of the program.

Junior Macs: Parents of Preschool aged children - take your under 5’s children down the stairs and to the left to the Junior Macs rooms.

Mac Kids: Primary aged (Kinder-6) kids will be escorted by a Mac Kids leader up to the Hall.

NexGen: Years 5 & 6 initially go to Mac Kids and are taken to NexGen at 10.30am by a leader. Year 7 start in the auditorium and then can go to NexGen at 10.30am. NexGen is on two weeks out of every four. Nexgen also hosts a table in the cafe that the kids can visit after the 10am, grab a hot chocolate and play board games.

Keeping them with you? That’s ok but your child remains your responsibility until they are dropped off with the kid’s team for their age group.

Before You Go In. The Check-in Station concludes part way into the service, we ask you to complete the Check-in process prior to taking your child into the service with you.

Pick up

When you go to pick up your kids bring the parent pick up card. If you need another adult to collect your child/ren after the service please pre-arrange this at the Check-in Station on arrival. Mac Kids (K-6) may be collected by older siblings who are at least 16 years old.
